Anibal Gauto, a suspect of crimes against humanity, such as kidnapping, torture, murder, and theft of babies, during the 70's Argentinean dictatorship, is wanted by the INTERPOL for 15 years.

Shlomo Slutzky, cousin of physician Samuel Slutzky, one of Gauto's victims, tracks him in Israel and is surprised to discover that the criminal is protected for mysterious reasons by the state.

Tomer Slutzky, Shlomo's son, follows his father's quixotic efforts to extradite Gauto. The suspicious refusal of the Israeli government to extradite Gauto awakens the fury (BRONCA) of 100,000 Argentines in Israel, who ask themselves: What does Israel have to hide?
