As a graduate of the Russian Film Academy VGIK (Moscow, 1970), his distinguished and prolific film career includes two full-length feature films and over forty documentaries, resulting in the achievement of many prestigious national and international awards, include National Prize of Russia "Laurels" for a contribution to cinema (Moscow,2014). He has sat on of the Judging Panel of many International Film Festivals. Peter Mostovoy has resided in Israel since 1993, and he is currently a freelance Director for several Israeli Television Channels..
