The founder and director of the Raya Strauss Center for Family Firm Research at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Her dissertation from the Technion is the first one on family firms in Israel. Her research has been awarded the 2012 Family Firm Institute Best Unpublished Paper, 2014 Family Business Review Best Article, and 2020 IFERA Best Paper with Contribution to Practice.
