Hagar Saad Shalom

Director and producer of the Cinema South Film Festival at Sderot Cinematheque until 2017; founder and producer of Studio Darom, an international production workshop for full-length feature films, in collaboration with the Nantes Film Festival, the French Film Institute, and the German Foreign Ministry; initiator and producer of the Southern Curator Book for Cinema; initiating and establishing the Ronit Elkabetz “Without Fear” project, founded by the Yashar-Elkabetz family; during her work as final production coordinator and director of the production and distribution unit at the School of Audio & Visual Arts at Sapir College, she co-produced the films: Sisai by David Gavro (2005), Seeds of Summer by Hen Lasker (2008), the Israeli TV mini-series Red Color (2007), and the cinematic exhibition Down Under at the Petach Tikva Museum of Art (2010).
