Gilad Tocatly is a film and television director and producer born in 1966 in Jerusalem. An excellence graduate from Sam Spiegel Film School in Israel, Gilad has directed more than a thousand studio shows and hundreds of investigative stories focusing on history, politics, and the arts. He has served for 27 years as chief director of Israel's "Uvda" (Fact), a top-rated documentary television program on Israeli channel 12. Gilad also works as an independent producer and director, his work includes seven full-length documentary films such as "The Editor" (2016), "Teddy's Museum" (2010), "Pollard" (2022). He is currently based in Tel Aviv.
