Gal Rochwerger is a director, screenwriter and editor, currently focused on his final film project and the development of an independent documentary. His journey in the field of Cinema started with the successful completion of an advanced screenwriting course led by İdit Shechori, and studies in the prestigious Camera Obscura film school screenwriting program under the guidance of mentor Eyal Moshe.

Expected to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Cinema from Sapir College, Sderot, Israel, in 2024, Gal's passion for filmmaking extends beyond academia. His professional portfolio showcases his versatility, featuring contributions as a director, photographer, and screenwriter for several short films. These works have been, and will continue to be, displayed at various platforms, reflecting his commitment to the craft.

In addition, Gal currently focuses on an independent documentary that provides an insightful exploration of the events that transpired on October 7th, demonstrating his ability to tackle complex narratives and bring them to life on the screen.
