Einat-Emma Shamir (https://einatshamir.com/) has been an executive producer for over 30 years. Her credits include some of Israel’s biggest TV shows (over 500 hours of primetime, documentary, current affairs programming, and more) and has held several high management positions at some of Israel's leading television networks and independently as the founder of international production company A-Cappella, Media Content Hub (http://www.acappellahub.com/).

In the last five years, in addition to creating and producing the film "44 Hours", Shamir has been accompanying Gil Avni, the protagonist of the film, in revolutionary talks with medical teams, universities, and nursing schools throughout the country.
Their joint work has brought to the improvement and change of over a dozen medical protocols to date regarding the treatment and care of anesthetized and ventilated patients and their families.
