Anna Oliker
Anna Oliker was born in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1967, immigrated to Israel and then to America.
Oliker holds a B.A. in communications from Boston University, and a J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Oliker served as the Director and Legislative Advisor Avigdor Liberman’s Yisrael Beytenu Knesset Faction from 1999-2015. She founded Bolt Productions Ltd. in 2014 to service local international production needs.
“The Unrecognized”, Oliker's first film currently in post production participated in the Gesher Film and Television Fund/Lottery Lab for first time ultra-Orthodox women directors in 2015-2016 and the Greenhouse Film Lab New Israel Cinema Fund in 2015-2016.
Oliker completed the Screenwriting program in the Ma’ale School for Film and Television in 2017. She is a mother of five, and lives in Jerusalem.
