פאנל הבוחן את המתח בין קולנוע כאמנות לבין קולנוע ככלי פוליטי, ואת האופן שבו המתח הזה משפיע על השפה הקולנועית. נשאל האם העיסוק הגובר במסר ובייצוג דוחק הצידה שאלות של צורה וסגנון, או שמא מדובר בהתפתחות טבעית של המדיום. דרך דוגמאות ושיחה פתוחה, ננסה להפנות מחדש את המבט לאופן שבו סרטים פועלים עלינו, ולא רק למה שהם מבקשים לומר.
